Today went really well. Both classes were well behaved. The classroom was well controlled. I was not observed. I got a lot done this afternoon including sub plans for when I am out on Wednesday for my monthly PASS training. I met up with some friends after work for dinner. My stress level is down.
Of course I know I will never stop learning as a teacher, but I am thankful for days like today that help me to remember what I have to offer to teaching and remind me never to give up.

Annoying that you weren't observed though... isn't that always the way it is? (though maybe the fact that she didn't come in means she is seeing improvement anyways)
